Large size PP / PC board Horizontal Shredder with self-designed and advanced double shaft driving system
Features:
1. Horizontal shredder is used for shredding large size materials, size could be 250mm-1600mm in diameter while length could be 3m-9m.
2. Adopt self-designed and advanced double shaft driving system, two shafts keep synchronous rotating. Shredding capacity and efficiency improve a great deal compared with singe shaft shredder.
3. Bulit-in hydraulic system keep pushing material toward shafts, in accordance with chamber balance system and high accuracy system, enable stable shredding and reduce vibration and noise.
4. Electrical system, based on easy operation principle, is equipped with one button start, emergency stop, overload protection and other functions to make sure machine get stable working and efficiency.

Our shredder is able to shred the PE, PP, PVC pipe with dia.1200mm, the length of 3-6m pipe can be shredded directly without cutting, and the rotary speed is slow and stable. Variety of pipes is put into the flat feeding tank, and the tanks closed automatically, and push the pipe by hydraulic into the center axis for shredding. The material after crushing is transported by conveyor belt for secondary crushing in order to get the requested granule.
Our shredder has the main advantage of energy saving, and the system is controlled by center control system.
