Big pipe shredder/PE pipe shredder/Horizontal Pipe Shredder is almost always used with a screen, which retains the material in the cutting chamber to reduce the material even further. The standard cut on a single shaft shredder is 25-40mm.
The horizontal pipe shredder utilizes a hydraulic ram which feeds plastic pipe horizontally onto a single shaft shredder rotor. It is able to process very long pipes, and can take a very wide diameter pipe or multiple smaller pipes. We can offer a variety of rotor configurations to suit different applications.
Pipe double shaft horizontal shredder is specifically designed to meet the complex and high throughput applications the vast recycling industries.
This machine has high throughput ability, it has the small PLC control panel, and we can improve rotor wear resistance as every client’s requirement. This shredder has been proven to continually produce high output capacity, stand up to the punishing recycling environment and excel in applications such as shredding large diameter and thickness wall pipe or corrugated pipe.
Our shredder has the main advantage of energy saving, and the system is controlled by center control system.
